Cecil was a well loved member here at Credit Union West. He frequented the Luke Branch on Luke AFB and always made us smile. His humor and kind smile were a highlight of the day. He will be missed and forever loved by our branch.
Cecil was the kindest, most generous person I have met. Always had a smile and a wonderful laugh. He was so welcoming as a brand new agent at Berkshire and was so missed when he retired. He learned that my medically fragile son had passed shortly before I started at Berkshire and was so compassionate and understanding. A true gem, who will truly be missed. Fly high and enjoy the golf life in Heaven!
We choose what we want to be but no one compels or impels us;
We might think that it is so, but it is not.
For the same wind which will blow a ship onto the rocks, it will also blow it into safe harbor.
In short, it is not the wind but the set of the sail, and anyone who refuses to believe this is a weakling and wishes to blame others for their life. Taylor Caldwell.
To me my dear cousin, you embodied this principle in life. May God Rest your illustrious Soul. May your wonderful family continue to benefit from your loving legacy.

I will always remember meeting Cecil and Laura and their beautiful family when I first moved to Michigan .
They were the first people that I met and I will always remember how much fun , joy, laughter , dinners out and his fun stories and jokes, I will never forget and also that beautiful smile Cecil and Laura always had for everyone who knew them.
Cecil was loved by many and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Rest with God my friend.

Working with Cecil was a pleasure and that work relationship turned into a friendship. Cecil was always happy and smiling snd provided me wisdom and opportunity. He will truly ne missed.
I only recently met my Brother in Christ, but I so enjoyed his conversation, humor, and fire for the Lord. We shared a love for discussing the issues of the day and Golf. He was someone I happily called friend. I will see you again, Brother!
There was never a man that loved his family more than Mr. White. And that is what I loved and respected most about him. Oh, and his crazy sense of humor. He will be missed…
Hey ST I met you through your brother HAROLD when we went salmon fishing on Lake Michigan on a charter boat called Moonlight Charters back in 1980 you told stories for the entire four hour trip you also drew the high card and got to catch one of the two fish that we encountered that day I’ve been hearing stories about you from your brother HAROLD ever since my condolences to your family and friends because I know you will be missed
